Description

Role                     : AMH Technical Lead / Solution Architect

Location              : Singapore

Duration              : Long term contract

Job Scope 

    • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of SWIFT AMH-based solutions, including integration with multiple back-office applications.
    • Own end-to-end technical design decisions, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with enterprise standards.
    • Drive system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements in alignment with SWIFT standards and organizational needs.
    • Provide technical leadership to development and support teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in architecture, integration, and system performance.
    • Conduct impact analysis, performance tuning, and optimization of message flows across AMH.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders, SWIFT specialists, and infrastructure teams to deliver seamless integration solutions.
    • Establish and maintain architecture documentation, solution blueprints, and integration patterns.
    • Oversee incident resolution, root cause analysis, and preventive measures for critical messaging system issues.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit requirements in system design and operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with SWIFT AMH architecture, message flow configuration, and back-office integration.
  • Strong expertise in SWIFT AMH, Oracle/DB2 databases, Linux platforms, WebLogic/JBoss application servers.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns, system performance, and high-availability architectures.
  • Proven ability to lead design workshops, technical discussions, and solution presentations with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in system upgrades, patch management, and SWIFT standards compliance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
