Join a dynamic Financial Crime Compliance team where you will play a critical role in safeguarding the bank against money laundering and terrorist financing risks. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex investigations, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, engage with regulatory authorities, and gain exposure to emerging financial crime trends while contributing to a safer financial ecosystem.

• Conduct investigations on unusual transaction reports escalated from the Bank’s surveillance systems / business units by performing fund tracing, internal / public domain research.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders to obtain information and supporting documents required for investigations.
• Document investigation findings, risk assessments, and recommendations in a clear and concise investigation report.
• Provide guidance and feedback to business units and compliance teams on suspicious transaction reporting matters.
• File Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) to the relevant Authorities where required and recommend appropriate risk mitigating measures.
• Liaise with relevant Authorities to handle STR related queries.
• Utilise investigation tools to identify potential emerging ML/TF trends or networks.
• Participate in AML/CFT-related projects and thematic investigations.

• A good university degree with 2 years of relevant work experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in writing with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative, accountability, and follow-through.
