KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• To work with all levels of the organization to understand, support and deliver strategic imperatives from senior leaders/executives to meet business objectives and goals. This includes:

  • Contribute to ongoing Global Markets projects in domains primarily covering FX, FX Derivatives, Securities, Structured Products, Digital Asset, Crypto.

  • Perform project activities from requirement analysis, functional specifications, user stories, testing and go-live in in both SDLC & Agile/SCRUM delivery approaches

  • Able to deep dive to define and propose solutions with established scope, high level cost and benefit analysis for key business initiatives

  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and provide compelling and innovative solutions

  • Stay up to date on developments in financial markets and technology trends and contribute to identifying opportunities in the market

  • Act as a liaison between business and technology users

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Good understanding of Treasury Products and trade lifecycles.

• Good understanding of Global Markets function in a bank.

• Demonstrated learning agility throughout career in taking on different domains, products, functions.

• Ability to engage stakeholders to elicit business requirements, document requirements and prepare functional specification documents.

• Working experience in financial markets, treasury, wealth management or other related domains.

• Strong team player with the ability to take ownership and deliver independently.

• Hands on Murex experience will be an added advantage.

• Experience with electronic FX pricing and execution, derivatives pricing, digital asset, crypto will be viewed favourably

• Good understanding on tools such as JIRA, confluence etc.

• Familiar with Waterfall and Agile methodology.

• Robust stakeholder management and good interpersonal skills. Ability to work confidently and collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders of varying seniority.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• University or Post Graduate degree, preferably in the field of Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
