Job Description:
Reporting to Manager, Policy Alteration and Outstanding & Premium Handling Management this position is responsible to perform all policy alteration transaction record into system:
- Perform check and action before execute process in system
- Execute on system all transaction changes, specific for Billing & Frequency changes (including credit card and bank account changes).
- Checking extract for notification after changes
- Prepare and send notification letter to policy owner.
- Manage documents until filing process
- Handling system issue related to the changes
- Responsible for record, updating and accuracy data from document submitted
