About the Role
As our next Business Support, you will have the opportunity to be involved in various crucial projects. You will create and execute strategies to increase the adoption of new products for borrowers across all operational areas of Amartha. You will collaborate with Field Officers, Product Managers, and Business Units, working closely with many teams to achieve the set targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop suitable plans to execute new products and projects, based on various resources (data and internal conditions)
  • Execute several action items according to deadlines
  • Collaborate with other teams to solve customer and Field Officer (FO) issues, ensuring a seamless business process
  • Support various related cases and take the initiative to reduce or resolve them
  • Monitor achievement vs. target related to FO performance, and identify ways to meet or exceed goals
  • Improve products and business processes to enhance efficiency
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of work experience at Amartha
  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • An entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal communication skills across various backgrounds (HO & FO)
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Able to work remotely and willing to travel for business trips to check on processes
