Who we are looking for
State Street Alpha Implementation team is looking for qualified individuals with strong experience in integration, project management, analysis, workflow design, data analysis, system flows and business architecture in order to create and execute end-to-end integrated solutions for our Private Market clients. We are seeking individuals who can identify innovative ways in solving complex issues that require business and integration experience in order to identify an optimal solution and disseminate the suggested path forward. The successful candidate must be highly organized and be able to move seamlessly between multiple implementations and changing client requirements.
The Alpha Implementation specialist will be responsible for participating in the due diligence, solution design, implementation/onboarding, and post-go-live efforts for several client implementations (likely simultaneous). The role will include implementing solutions not only for specific clients, but also as part of the core platform that will be leveraged across all Private Market clients.
What you will be responsible for
As Alpha Private Market Implementation specialist, you will
- Solution Design: Lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions for our Private Market clients
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their unique requirements, and effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
- Workflow Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of both internal and client workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and automation across multiple asset class with a focus on Fund of Funds, Hedge Funds, Private Loans, Private Equity, Real Assets and Infra etc.
- Data Analysis: Leverage data analysis techniques to inform solution design and identify potential risks and challenges.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements. Manage the definition of services, service level agreements, in/out scope discussions, and change control items with the client and internal stakeholders
- Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial design to implementation and ongoing support. Organize and conduct implementation project status meetings, including communicating status to internal and external stakeholders
- Platform Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on our Alpha and Private Market software and platform and its capabilities.
- Domestic and/or international travel may be required

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 6+ years in business analysis or related role, preferably in financial services industry
- Prior experience in private markets, alternative investments, or fund administration
- Ability to work both independently and as a core team member with IT and business leads
- Business Analysis/Project Management certifications
- Proven track record in designing and implementing complex solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
