About this role

About this role

Aladdin Client Engagement (ACE) helps clients maximize the value of their Aladdin investment through workflow and analytics expertise, data-driven insights, and hands-on partnership with senior functional stakeholders.

As a Vice President, you will serve as a consultative client partner who translates front-office priorities into measurable outcomes—driving adoption of Aladdin’s front-office and analytics capabilities, shaping the client’s Book of Work, and leading cross-functional delivery with strong project governance. You will partner closely with internal teams (e.g., Relationship Management, Product, Engineering, and specialist groups) to deliver measurable value while maintaining a high bar for stakeholder management, risk management, and executive communications.

Key responsibilities

Front Office & Analytics client engagement

  • Engage senior Front Office stakeholders (e.g., Portfolio Management, Trading leadership, Risk, Investment Technology and Strategy) to understand priorities and translate them into actionable Aladdin solutions and measurable outcomes.

  • Lead engagements focused on portfolio construction, risk/returns analysis, performance and attribution, scenario analysis, optimization, and front-office workflow enhancements, connecting platform capabilities to client objectives.

  • Diagnose workflow gaps and adoption blockers using data, client feedback, and observed usage patterns; define and execute a plan to improve adoption, confidence in outputs, and decision-making quality using Aladdin analytics.

  • Develop and deliver clear communications to senior client stakeholders on priorities, progress, risks, and outcomes, ensuring alignment and sustained engagement across the front office and analytics user community.

Value delivery leadership & governance

  • Own structured client governance (e.g., Book of Work reviews, functional engagement cadence, and steering forums as needed), ensuring alignment on priorities, scope, timelines, risks, and outcomes.

  • Develop and execute a value delivery plan that supports client objectives (e.g., increased adoption, improved operating outcomes, and strengthened partnership), and clearly articulate progress and impact to senior stakeholders.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the client’s Aladdin configuration and operating model; proactively identify opportunities to optimize workflows and reduce manual processes and parallel solutions.

Project & stakeholder management

  • Lead complex, multi-workstream initiatives end-to-end (scope, plan, execute, manage risk/issues, communicate progress), partnering with internal and client stakeholders to deliver on timelines and outcomes.

  • Drive alignment across stakeholders with competing priorities; manage escalations effectively with clear executive-level communication and structured trade-off decisions.

  • Establish clear success metrics (e.g., improved analytics adoption, increased workflow efficiency, reduced manual workarounds, improved output validation) and quantify benefits realized where possible.

Product partnership & scale

  • Provide structured client feedback to inform product priorities (with emphasis on front-office and analytics needs in APAC), partnering with internal teams to improve outcomes.

  • Contribute to regional scale by sharing repeatable engagement patterns, playbooks, and lessons learned across the client engagement community.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience engaging senior front-office stakeholders and driving outcomes through Aladdin front-office and analytics engagements (or equivalent investment analytics / OMS platform experience with strong Aladdin exposure preferred).

  • Proven track record leading complex programs with strong project management, stakeholder management, and governance—including multi-team coordination and executive communications.

  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes and value narratives; comfortable presenting to senior audiences.

  • Strong understanding of the investment management lifecycle with depth in Front Office and analytics workflows.

What success looks like (first 6–12 months)

  • Establish trusted relationships with key front-office and analytics stakeholders across assigned clients, with a clear engagement cadence and governance.

  • Deliver measurable improvements in front-office analytics usage and outcomes (e.g., stronger adoption, validated outputs, reduced manual workarounds).

  • Demonstrate strong ownership of Book of Work governance and multi-workstream execution, including proactive risk management and clear communications.

  • Share repeatable patterns and client insights to help scale value delivery across the region.
