Summary

Manage and be responsible for maintaining facilities to achieve high reliability, availability, and operational requirement for ACMV system.

Responsibilities

  • Capable to re-solve operation issues for ACMV system as well as other operating spaces like laboratory, clean room, etc.

  • Maintain the plant efficiency within the plant optimal performance.

  • Support the site technical team in sustainability test-bedding projects and participate in technology deployment and implementation.

  • Team involvement on technical ACMV submittal and presentation.

  • Project coordination and participation with client and agencies on specific projects and assessments.

  • Facilities coordination for Annual System Shutdown and Fire Certification.

  • Manage and monitor performance of specialists and sub-contractors, ensuring completion of maintenance related tasks in accordance with specifications and documentation.

  • Monitoring on the campus energy efficiency and involvement in efficiency improvement implementations.

  • Accompany clients during PM inspections and walkthroughs, providing clear explanations of procedures and findings.

  • Maintain professional and positive relationships with client representatives and facility managers.

  • Provide timely updates on PM schedules, progress, and issues, and proactively propose solutions.

Requirements

  • Diploma related to FM or Mechanical Engineering, Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

  • Relevant Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome. ACMV or M&E knowledge, construction experience,

  • MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power point.
