We are looking for a skilled and forward-thinking AI Technical Solutions Builder to join our team and help shape the future of AI-powered applications. In this role, you’ll design and build robust, scalable back-end systems that integrate cutting-edge GPT technologies. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to life, leveraging modern APIs, AI models, and automation tools to push the boundaries of what’s possible. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain back-end applications utilizing modern AI chat and agent completion APIs.
- Design and implement scalable cloud-based architectures that support custom GPT functionalities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver effective backend solutions.
- Optimize application performance and ensure reliability and scalability.
- Continuously improve existing applications and develop new features aligned with evolving AI technologies.
Qualifications:
- Foundational understanding of GPT models (e.g., ChatGPT, OpenAI API, prompt engineering).
- Familiarity with tools like OpenAI’s Custom GPTs and Microsoft Copilot.
- Strong experience in backend software development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript or no-code/low-code platforms).
- Experience with AI models, particularly GPT-based APIs, and integrating them into applications.
- Hands- on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS and Azure, and related deployment tools.
- Understanding of database systems and RESTful/API design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bonus: Experience with full-stack software development.
- Bonus: Familiarity with OpenAI functionalities such as GPT Actions, Assistants API, function calling, finetuning and Copilot integrations across the Microsoft ecosystem.
