Design, develop, and support AI-enabled automation and integration solutions across the SEAO region. Build Python- and RPA-based automations, integrate systems via APIs, troubleshoot and maintain solutions, run AI pilots and POCs, document implementations, and collaborate with stakeholders to promote responsible, scalable AI adoption and continuous improvement.
Position Summary
As the AI Solutions & Technical Support, you will design, develop, and support AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity and operational efficiency across the SEAO region.Working closely with RHQ, business stakeholders, and regional teams, you will develop automation solutions, integrate systems, provide technical consultation, and identify opportunities to leverage AI technologies to simplify business processes and enhance employee productivity.
Role and Responsibilities
Solution Development & Automation
- Design, develop, and implement AI-enabled tools, automation solutions, and system enhancements that improve operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain automation solutions using technologies such as Python, RPA, APIs, and other enterprise platforms.
- Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes through automation and AI technologies.
- Support solution architecture discussions and recommend scalable technical approaches.
Systems Integration & Technical Support
- Support system-to-system integrations and technical implementation of AI and productivity solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend sustainable resolutions.
- Maintain system stability, documentation, and technical standards across supported solutions.
- Provide technical consultation to business teams throughout solution implementation.
AI Enablement & Innovation
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify practical applications that improve business productivity.
- Support AI proof-of-concepts, pilots, and regional implementation initiatives.
- Partner with business teams to understand operational challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
- Promote responsible AI adoption through scalable, secure, and sustainable solution design.
Performance & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Monitor solution performance and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Prepare technical documentation, implementation guides, and knowledge-sharing materials.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and business users to deliver AI initiatives successfully.
- Support continuous improvement through regular solution reviews and optimization.
Skills and Qualifications
- ~5 years of experience in application development, systems integration, automation, AI technologies, or related technical disciplines.
- Hands-on experience with Python, RPA platforms, APIs, scripting, or workflow automation.
- Experience developing enterprise productivity or automation solutions.
- Knowledge of AI technologies, LLMs, Copilot, or enterprise AI platforms is advantageous.
- Experience supporting enterprise system integrations and solution deployment.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting regional or multinational organizations is preferred.
Preferred exposure includes one or more of the following:
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Enterprise AI platforms
- Cloud-based AI services
- API integration and workflow orchestration
- Enterprise automation and low-code/no-code technologies
