About the Job:

The Red Hat Consulting team is looking for a Senior Consultant to join us in Singapore supporting the ASEAN region. In this role, you will promote the adoption of Red Hat's solutions at our key enterprise accounts, government agencies, and service provider partners. You'll define requirements and deliver solutions based on the Red Hat portfolio of solutions and services offerings. You will lead medium to Large-sized project teams and ensure the quality of customer deliverables for one or more projects. You will apply well-developed consulting, business, and process expertise in your work and coach and mentor others while building good customer relationships. You will earn the trust and confidence of our customer Project, Development, and Operations teams by matching their requirements and use cases with the functional capabilities of our solutions. As a Senior Consultant, you will serve as a customer advocate within Red Hat, delivering the right solutions and ensuring that these solutions are implemented and supported in a creative and reliable way.

What you will do:

  • Design and implementation of Red Hat OpenShift AI platform architecture.

  • Deploying and managing AI workloads on Red Hat OpenShift container platforms.

  • Designing and implementing enterprise Agentic AI solutions using multi-agent frameworks, workflow orchestration, planning, memory, tool integration, and AI agent governance.

  • Win the confidence of our customers through the successful delivery of discovery, analysis, and design workshops that shape and influence the customer’s architecture design decisions to align with the Red Hat solution.

  • Understand industry practices and Red Hat’s policies, procedures, and values.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to technical Red Hat and customer resources.

  • Consider customer culture and organizational context in design and delivery, and highlight opportunities for improvement.

  • Support technical pre-sales efforts, workshops, and proofs of concept by bringing business context and value-first thinking.

  • Demonstrate strong experience in defining best practices for platform deployment, hardening, observability, monitoring and alerting, capacity management, scalability, resiliency, and security operations.

  • Accelerate collaboration across stakeholders and project teams.

  • Deliver workshops, discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and knowledge transfer to customer teams.

  • Mentor and guide junior consultants and customer engineers.

  • Engage in pre-sales activities, including scoping, technical proposal development, solution demos, and architectural reviews.

  • Contribute to Red Hat’s internal methodologies, playbooks, reference architectures, and shared consulting assets.

  • Stay current with emerging Technologies in AI, Kubernetes, platform engineering, and open-source trends, and incorporate them into customer solutions.

What you will bring:

  • 10+ years of experience working in a consulting, solution architecture, or technical advisory role.

  • Strong expertise in MLOps practices, including model training and fine-tuning, deployment, monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management.

  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, or similar technologies.

  • Proven experience designing and operationalizing enterprise Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, embedding models, and knowledge graphs.

  • Experience in enterprise Agentic AI solutions using multi-agent frameworks, workflow orchestration, planning, memory, tool integration, and AI agent governance.

  • Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar.

  • Experience implementing the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, APIs, data sources, and business systems.

  • Experience developing secure, scalable, and governed AI solutions with enterprise authentication, authorization, observability, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.

  • Experience implementing enterprise AI platform capabilities, including model serving, experiment tracking, model registries, feature stores, and inference optimization.

  • Strong knowledge of GPU infrastructure, AI accelerators, and workload scheduling technologies for high-performance AI environments.

  • Experience integrating AI platforms with cloud-native services across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

  • Knowledge of data engineering principles, including data pipelines, feature engineering, data governance, and data quality for AI workloads.

  • Proven leadership in AI, data, and platform modernization initiatives, with the ability to define technical strategy and deliver enterprise-scale transformations.

  • Strong customer-facing skills, including the ability to lead technical workshops, present AI strategies, and advise customers on enterprise AI adoption.

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

  • Experience contributing to open-source AI/ML communities or projects is highly desirable.

  • Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Red Hat AI, Red Hat OpenShift AI, NVIDIA AI Enterprise, Kubeflow, MLflow, KServe, or equivalent technologies is highly desirable.
