Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated AI IT Engineer Intern to join our regional IT team in Singapore. This internship combines AI-driven IT application development, enterprise systems integration, and hands-on IT support operations within a fast-paced global technology environment. You will gain real-world experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, building internal AI applications and driving automation across systems and processes.
What The Role Entails:
- Provide hands-on IT support for end-user devices (Windows/macOS), networking, AV systems, and office IT infrastructure.
- Help maintain local IT infrastructure, WiFi, printers, access control systems, and coordinate with global IT teams for rollouts and upgrades.
- Support IT onboarding/offboarding, access management, procurement and ITSM processes.
- Support development of internal AI applications, including RAG pipelines, multi-agent workflows, and knowledge retrieval systems.
- Assist with data processing, embedding pipelines, hybrid search, and graph database modeling for CMDB and knowledge graph use cases.
- Integrate enterprise systems and APIs (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, Microsoft Graph) to enable automation and IT workflows.
- Contribute to testing, CI/CD processes, and performance optimization for internal platforms.
- Undergraduates majoring in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, AI, or related fields.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Python, Go, Node.js, or Java.
- Basic understanding of modern frontend frameworks (e.g., Next.js, Vue) is preferred.
- Knowledge of databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / NoSQL) and Git workflow.
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluent Mandarin Chinese to work with cross-border teams.
- Familiarity with AI applications, RAG, agent frameworks, cloud-native toolchains and observability platforms is advantageous.
