About the role

As an AI Engineer – Code Generation & Feature Building, you will lead the charge in scaling the business using AI, automation, and high-velocity execution. You will build and optimize AI-driven solutions that automate key aspects of our operations, allowing us to deliver impactful products and services to the telco industry at an accelerated pace. Key Responsibilities

AI-Driven Business Scaling: Develop and implement an AI-first strategy that enables Circles to scale to MRR $100M+ with minimal headcount. Use AI to automate processes, improve customer engagement, and accelerate revenue growth.

Product Ownership & Development: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial idea and concept to implementation and iteration. Drive AI-powered product features that meet market demands while minimizing resource consumption. Ensure that all developments are aligned with business goals and deliver maximum impact with minimal effort.

AI-Enhanced Automation: Lead the design and implementation of AI systems that automate critical workflows and eliminate bottlenecks, allowing Circles to operate efficiently with a small, high-impact team. Focus on enhancing speed and velocity through AI-driven automation.

Build Scalable AI Solutions: Design AI solutions that can scale rapidly, allowing Circles to expand without proportional increases in headcount. This includes leveraging machine learning models, AI-driven code generation, and automation tools to reduce manual tasks and improve product delivery time.

Rapid Prototyping & Experimentation: Lead fast-paced prototyping and testing of new ideas and solutions. Leverage AI tools to quickly build, test, and optimize new features and solutions that drive revenue and customer satisfaction. Speed is essential, and you’ll need to move quickly without compromising quality.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, business, and tech teams to ensure alignment between AI product developments and overall business goals. Translate high-level business objectives into technical strategies, while keeping an eye on the bottom line to ensure resource efficiency and business growth.

Continuous Improvement: Implement a continuous improvement mindset to identify and eliminate inefficiencies, optimize AI systems, and refine AI products for scalability and enhanced performance. You will continuously evaluate, iterate, and adjust strategies to ensure the business scales efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven Experience in Scaling with AI: Experience in AI development, machine learning, and automation, ideally in a high-growth environment. Proven track record of building AI-first products and automating key business processes.

Business Growth Experience: Experience in scaling a business (especially tech or SaaS) with an AI-driven approach. You’ve been a core part of building a company from series A to a $1bio+ revenue business.

AI & Automation Expertise: Strong experience in AI-driven automation, including code generation, machine learning, and automated product development. You’re comfortable working with tools like GPT, Codex, or similar to automate development processes.

High-Speed Execution: Experience building products with minimal resources. You can execute quickly and efficiently in fast-paced environments, using automation and AI to accelerate time to market and product impact.

Product Leadership: Proven ability to manage the product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, particularly in AI-driven environments. You’ve demonstrated an ability to innovate quickly, create product roadmaps, and take ownership of product outcomes with limited resources.

Entrepreneurial Spirit: Ability to work in a small, agile team and deliver maximum results with minimal overhead. You’re comfortable making decisions with high autonomy and owning outcomes.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communicator, able to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You know how to align teams around shared goals, ensuring smooth execution.
