Role Overview
We are looking for an innovative and experienced Agentic AI Specialist with expertise in GitHub Copilot, large language models (LLMs) and agent-based modelling to join our forward-thinking team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI-driven development tools, natural language processing, and the ability to integrate these technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency in software development processes.
Key Responsibilities- AI Integration and Optimization:
- Leverage GitHub Copilot and other AI-driven tools to enhance coding efficiency and accuracy.
- Integrate large language models (LLMs) into existing workflows to automate and improve development processes.
- Development and Implementation:
- Develop and implement AI solutions that assist in code generation, debugging, and documentation.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and address areas where AI can improve productivity and quality.
- Research and Innovation:
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing.
- Conduct research to explore new applications of LLMs and AI tools in software development.
- Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to development teams on the effective use of GitHub Copilot and other AI tools.
- Develop documentation and best practices for integrating AI tools into the development lifecycle.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and provide tailored AI solutions.
- Communicate complex AI concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Security and Compliance:
- Ensure that all AI solutions comply with security and regulatory requirements.
- Implement best practices for data privacy and security in AI-driven development processes.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or related roles.
- Proven track record of integrating AI tools into software development processes.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Extensive experience with GitHub Copilot and other AI-driven development tools.
- Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs) and their applications.
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
