Our Product Technologists play an essential role in creating technologies that drive human progress. Using our in-depth product knowledge, we provide pre-sales technical expertise for the development and implementation of complex products, applications and solutions. We’re relied upon to deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to sales staff and customers and provide technical input into bid proposals. We also assess the potential of products to meet customer needs.

What you’ll achieve

As a Client Technologist you will provide presales technical expertise for the development and implementation of complex products/applications/solutions. Apply in-depth technology and product knowledge to guide development of technical curriculum standards and advance technical expertise in collaboration with country technical committee, global product group, office of the CTO, regional peers and external partners. Deliver curriculum through orchestration of training and measurement for effectiveness.


You will:

• Drive technology solutions and business requirements at all levels and assist product groups in bringing relevant and competitive technologies to market
• Define standards for technical competencies, collaborating with country technical committee representation to develop standard curriculum.

• Partner with internal (PG, regional peers, and office of the CTO) and external stakeholders (MS, Intel, VMware, Nvidia etc) to define the right combination of training/education on industry trends and emerging client computing technology.

• Orchestrate, schedule, track and measure defined training in partnership with country technical committee, securing internal and partner resourcing to enable successful execution of training for CTs.

Lead technology discussions with customers and clearly articulate the client solutions end to end story, including beyond the box.

Essential Requirements
• Deep subject matter expertise on products, applications, and solutions oriented to end point solutions and integration into existing or future infrastructure
• Proven ability to understand customers technical requirements.

Desirable Requirements
• Masters Degree

• Microsoft certified solutions expert (MCSE) certification or relative hands on experience

• VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification or relative hands on experience

• Citrix Certified Professional (CCP) certification or relative hands on experience

• Certified Microsoft end point administrator or relative hands on experience

• Certified  CompTIA A+ Certified or relative hands on experience
