Key Responsibilities
Lead and drive the service contract management end-to-end process
Collaborate with the local sales team to ensure that all service contract terms and conditions are captured accurately in the system
Work closely with the billing teams to ensure that data is captured accurately in the billing system to facilitate invoice processing
Manage Repair Order management to completion
Troubleshoot any issues related to contract booking, collaborating with internal counterparts and customers to resolve and reconcile any discrepancies
Generate reports on booked contracts, identifying trends, and providing insights to support decision-making and performance analysis
Involve and facilitate internal and external audit requirements when necessary
Manage any ad hoc project for system enhancement or process improvement to streamline and optimize the contract booking workflow
Any adhoc activities
Requirement
Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines
Experience in Construction industry preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Familiarity with ERP system (JDE)
A team player with proactive attitude
Organized and detailed oriented
