Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting the Capital Partners team on a range of administrative duties

  • Manage team’s calendars and arrange meetings, including sourcing and booking of meeting/meal venues, etc. 

  • Assist with travel / lodging arrangements and logistics for both local and overseas trips, including local and overseas clients’ roadshows

  • Manage meeting preparations and logistical planning for visiting teams from local and overseas offices

  • Assist the team on the expense claims

  • Printing and binding of presentations and pitch books

  • Assist the team in managing various forums, conferences, seminars and events

  • Assist the team and portfolio companies with cross border coordination

  • Organize and maintain the office filing system

  • All other administrative duties as required from time to time

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business or related discipline

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Administrative Executive or similar role in Investment Banking or Private Equity firms

  • Proficient in MS Office in terms of  formatting of presentations, agendas and etc.

  • High attention to detail, well organized, positive personality and able to work in a fast moving environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
