The Admin Executive will support administrative tasks, manage attendance, generate reports, and assist with financial records and facilities issues.

- Administrative
and basic accounts support, including attendance and leave management.
- Generate
reports on absenteeism, leave requests, KPIs, and ensure accurate
calculations.
- Prepare work
specifications, BQs, and handle variation claims.
· Act as a point of contact for facilities-related issues and coordinate
maintenance with vendors/contractors, and to support facilities team for issue resolution
- Assist account
department to maintain financial records
Requirements
- GCE
"N"/"O" Level, Higher Nitec, or equivalent.
- 3 years of
relevant work experience.
- Proficient in
Microsoft Office.
