  • Administrative and basic accounts support, including attendance and leave management.
  • Generate reports on absenteeism, leave requests, KPIs, and ensure accurate calculations.
  • Prepare work specifications, BQs, and handle variation claims.

·       Act as a point of contact for facilities-related issues and coordinate maintenance with vendors/contractors, and to support facilities team for issue resolution

  • Assist account department to maintain financial records


Requirements
  • GCE "N"/"O" Level, Higher Nitec, or equivalent.
  • 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Work Schedule:

  • 5.5 workdays per week.
