  • Position: Front Desk cum Admin Executive
  • 5 Work Days Per Week

  • Relocate Near Tai Seng MRT in August 2026

Requirements

  1. Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields. Candidates without experience with outstanding capabilities may be considered.

  2. Min 3 years of experience in an administrative, front desk or office receptionist

  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a must for this post to forecast monthly expenses for pantry refreshment, event engagement and so on.

  4. Short notice with less than a month is preferred, face to face interview required in Tai Seng office.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to the General Manage including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and correspondence handling.
  2. Manage front-desk / reception duties including greeting visitors, clients, and external counsel, and maintaining visitor sign-in and access records.
  3. Manage daily administrative tasks, including document processing, data entry, record filing, and procurement of office supplies.
  4. Coordinate meeting room bookings, set-up, and hospitality arrangements for internal meetings, board meetings, and external visits.
  5. Liaise with building management, landlord, and facilities vendors on office maintenance, repairs, security access, and workplace safety matters.
  6. Assist in organizing internal events, staff engagement activities, and off-site meetings.
  7. Complete other administrative and support tasks as assigned by supervisors.
