About the Role:
Manage and maintain work orders, service records, and maintenance data within Maintegra and FIMS systems, ensuring accuracy and SLA compliance.
Prepare, process, and track ad hoc quotations, coordinating with operations teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely submission and approval.
Handle ESS billing administration, including verification of completed works, billing submissions, invoice processing, and resolving billing-related issues.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer feedback and escalations, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution and service recovery.
Provide operational and administrative support through documentation management, reporting, audit coordination, meeting support, and other duties assigned by management.
About You:
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, Property Management, or Engineering Services.
Experience in handling billing, quotations, customer service, and operational administration.
Knowledge of Maintegra, FIMS, ESS, or similar CMMS/FM systems will be an advantage.
