Handling incoming mail (mail redirection)
Arranging for courier – International/local
Arranging for director’s signature
Arranging for CTC of Directors/officers
Ordering common seal – tied up to item (a) - recharge disbursement to the client
Recharge of disbursement (ACRA fee, courier, etc) to client
Physical filing
Arrange for certification/notarization of documents
Merging documents and uploading to one drive
Updating registers and issuance share certificates
Open file for newly incorporated company
Updating billing log, NAV set up form/NAV Amendment form/Billing form
ACRA/IRAS/MOM/other e-services Filing
FATCA/CRS registration and filing with IRAS
Corppass registration, authorization, withdraw and changes
Termination Checklist
Archive old file
Compilation of KYC as requested by KYC team
Receptionist function, be in the office 5 days a week
Handling some office administration assignments
Other assignments may be assigned by team leader/HOD
Skills Required:
At least 2 to 3 years’ administrative experience.
Good communicator and high attention to detail.
Proactive, problem solver, able to work independently and able to work with others as a team.
Ability to priorities assignment based on urgency
Ability to follow through the assignment till completion
Ability to work under pace environment and multi-tasks.
Ability to liaise and work well with various stakeholders internally and externally, ie. directors, authorities, CS/FA teams, etc.
