Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day office administrative operations to ensure smooth business functions.
- Coordinate office services, including procurement of office supplies, facility maintenance, and catering arrangements.
- Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Support budgeting, expense tracking, and financial planning for office administrative expenses.
- Supervise and provide guidance to administrative support staff.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous, resourceful, and proactive with strong problem-solving abilities.
