Admin / Account Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to oversee daily office administration and facility coordination, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The successful candidate will manage office services, vendor relationships, budgeting, and administrative support while maintaining a productive workplace environment. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Oversee and manage day-to-day office administrative operations to ensure smooth business functions.
• Coordinate office services, including procurement of office supplies, facility maintenance, and catering arrangements.
• Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Support budgeting, expense tracking, and financial planning for office administrative expenses.
• Supervise and provide guidance to administrative support staff.

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous, resourceful, and proactive with strong problem-solving abilities.
