The ACMV Project Manager develops project schedules, oversees site work quality, enforces safety protocols, and coordinates with stakeholders while managing project documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Project
- Develop project schedules and
ensure drawings meet design and classification standards.
- Review and analyze technical
drawings, authority regulations, and tender specifications.
- Monitor site work quality and
compliance with project requirements.
- Plan and execute projects,
including resource allocation and coordination with stakeholders.
- Prepare project checklists,
procedures, and close-out documentation.
- Handle progress claims and
monitor post-project activities.

- Enforce safety protocols and
proper work procedures on-site.
- Attend technical and progress
meetings with clients/owners.
- Conduct site visits to resolve
issues and update As-Built drawings.
- Oversee testing and commissioning
of systems on-site.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical &
Electrical Engineering or Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW).
- 5 years’ experience in the construction
industry..
- Proficient in ACMV (Air
Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) system design and implementation.
