Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee design,
construction, and testing of building ACMV systems.
- Collaborate
with engineers to define project specifications.
- Approve
resources (manpower, equipment, materials) and manage budgets.
- Plan project
schedules and phases to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate
equipment and material purchases with engineers.
- Supervise work
progress, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
- Manage
subcontractors and vendors, lead meetings, and handle project
communication.
Requirements
- 5+ years of
ACMV/HVAC/M&E project management experience.
- Diploma in
Mechanical Engineering.
