Job Description:

As the Airbus Corporate Jets (ACJ) Marketing Manager, you will develop the optimal customer perception of Airbus Corporate Jets products relative to competitors and contribute to our customer campaign success.

Responsibilities

 Understand the market

  • Develop an understanding of Customers in the market and the positioning of our products

  • Support the development of ACJ product strategy to ensure that our products and service remain competitive

Build marketing content

  • Create amazing and convincing marketing content and argumentation

  • Maintain the latest content in the shared team folders and empower ACJ slide library

Influence the market

  • Build, budget and animate a product promotion plan in your market

  • Engage the necessary channels to influence stakeholders in your market; using exhibitions, airshows and demotours

  • Work with comms to animate digital channels to promote our products using efficient means

Support sales to acquire business

  • Support autonomously all types of campaign cases, through a broad spectrum of types of analysis, enabled through mastery of all the necessary tools and techniques.

  • Perform pro-active campaign planning and pro-active definition of campaign approach and direction, fleet vision, and framework of product pitch (key elements to demonstrate best airline fleet fit of ACJ products, and establish favorable competitive position)

  • Identify needs for and manage efficiently support resources.

  • Prepare and develop marketing argumentation and analyses to meet set targets, and develop suitable ways and methods of presentation to customer audiences.

  • Interact with other areas in Marketing and Airbus to enhance and tailor marketing analysis and argumentation.

Interaction with customers:

  • Establish and maintain good relationships with customers

  • Convey marketing argumentation to customer audience through documents, presentations and other means and obtain data and information to enhance marketing analysis through customer interaction

  • For assigned projects, co-operate and co-ordinate with Marketing and Sales Directors to contribute to campaign strategy development

  • Internal feedback and reporting:

  • Maintain systematic feedback to Head of Marketing as well as other Marketing Managers

  • Write or contribute to required internal reports: using Salesforce or any appropriate platform or mean.

  • Contribute to ACJ product strategy development through market feedback, as well as the Marketing surveys about campaign and product requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation, Business Admin or related

  • At least 4-5 years of professional experience in the aviation industry

  • Full English Language fluency

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Strong commercial acumen with analytical skills

  • Customer Focus

  • Previous experience working in an international environment, to be able to liaise closely with global stakeholders
