The Accounts Payable Executive will assist on all accounts payable matters relating to Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Dubai, and newly incorporated entities as assigned.
Your future role at QRT:
- Handle vendors’ invoices, including checking, verifying, compiling and performing call backs
- Prepare payment voucher summary and arrange for approval
- Payment processing via telegraphic and interbank transfer
- Prepare invoices for intercompany billings
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned
Your present skillset:
- At least 3+ years Accounts Payable experience
- MS Office skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, with strong time management skills
- Keen eye for detail, highly meticulous
