About The Role

As a Strata Management Accounts Manager at Knight Frank Property & Facilities Management, you’ll lead and support a dedicated accounting team in delivering accurate, timely, and professional book-keeping services to clients. You’ll play a key role in maintaining financial integrity, ensuring compliance, and driving high standards of client service. This role is ideal for someone with an experienced accounting background, and is confident in managing priorities independently.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Responsible for wide spectrum of consolidated financial & accounting functions within the business

  • Lead and supervise a team of accounting staff to provide accurate and timely book-keeping services to clients

  • Provide timely and accurate analysis of project financials to internal stakeholders

  • Manage financial requests, review and provide financial reporting and performance analytics

  • Ensure financial transactions comply with engagement contracts, regulations and company policies

  • Manage and process invoice payment in accordance with established payment cycles and client requirements

  • Involve in annual budgeting, including forecast preparation

  • Conduct regular review to improve business operation and compliance with accounting standards

We’re Looking For Someone Who’s

  • Degree / Professional qualification in Accountancy / Finance and a qualified CPA

  • Minimum 8 years of experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role

  • Experienced in client accounting, client reporting, cost budgeting

  • Analytical, meticulous with an eye for details

  • Has good understanding of Property / Real Estate industry
