Job Description- Maintain the finance database accurately in the ERP system.
- Ensure compliance with legislation related to taxation.
- Assist in producing an accurate set of month-end accounts, including comparisons to forecasts and previous periods.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts.
- Assist in preparing budgets and business plans, including projected revenues.
- Follow up and coordinate to ensure smooth functionality of all finance operations such as income audit, collection management, payment management, cost management, and cash management.
- GCE A/L in the commerce field and higher academic qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Finance, or an equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
- Strong accountancy skills and updated knowledge of Sri Lankan tax guidelines.
- Proficiency in IT and data processing, including spreadsheet applications.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Work experience in an audit firm and prior experience in the hospitality sector will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to relocate.
