Accountant
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor (or above) degree in Accounting
- Minimum GPA 3.25
- At least two to four years of experience in accounting
- Good command of English both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently, proactively, effectively and with team
- Good knowledge in basic computer system such as microsoft excel, word, powerpoint, etc
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete month end closing on accurate and timely manner
- Record general ledger transactions and entries properly and reconcile to supporting information
- Prepare and record journal adjustments
- Prepare detailed monthly report, detailed listing and analysis
- Assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances
- Monitor, invoice and collect outstanding account receivable on regular basis
- Assist in resolving billing issues
- Manage and monitor account payable verification and payment to vendors
- Verifies expense claim reimbursement and initiate payment
- Assist in resolving payment issues
- Assist in supporting annual financial audit and any ad-hoc assignment as needed
- Prepare and maintain filling documentation
