Accountant

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor (or above) degree in Accounting
  • Minimum GPA 3.25
  • At least two to four years of experience in accounting
  • Good command of English both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, effectively and with team
  • Good knowledge in basic computer system such as microsoft excel, word, powerpoint, etc

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete month end closing on accurate and timely manner
  • Record general ledger transactions and entries properly and reconcile to supporting information
  • Prepare and record journal adjustments
  • Prepare detailed monthly report, detailed listing and analysis
  • Assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances
  • Monitor, invoice and collect outstanding account receivable on regular basis
  • Assist in resolving billing issues
  • Manage and monitor account payable verification and payment to vendors
  • Verifies expense claim reimbursement and initiate payment
  • Assist in resolving payment issues
  • Assist in supporting annual financial audit and any ad-hoc assignment as needed
  • Prepare and maintain filling documentation
