Hire Digital is seeking a dynamic and flexible Account Manager (Full-time, Remote) who will play a pivotal role in managing and reviewing content projects across various industries. This hands-on position requires a proactive individual comfortable taking on diverse projects, including content reviews, project management, and client communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Evaluate content drafts and provide detailed feedback to enhance content quality and relevance across multiple sectors.
  • Oversee and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client expectations.
  • Coordinate additional initiatives, such as webinar management and other non-content-related projects.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Engage actively in project tasks, contributing to the execution of deliverables rather than solely managing from a distance.
  • Adapt to changing project requirements and be willing to take on diverse responsibilities as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in account management or a related field in an agency set-up.
  • Familiarity with content creation and review processes.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on client interaction.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to handle various tasks beyond content management.
