RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate content drafts and provide detailed feedback to enhance content quality and relevance across multiple sectors.
- Oversee and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client expectations.
- Coordinate additional initiatives, such as webinar management and other non-content-related projects.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Engage actively in project tasks, contributing to the execution of deliverables rather than solely managing from a distance.
- Adapt to changing project requirements and be willing to take on diverse responsibilities as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in account management or a related field in an agency set-up.
