Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive commercial success for our Endotoxin Testing & Media Products Portfolio. In this role, you will manage key customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support clients across the biopharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.

What You’ll Do
  • Responsible for increasing Bioprocessing product sales to existing & potential customers in territory
  • Identify key accounts and customers in Singapore and selected accounts in SEA region
  • Assess sales potentials effectively to achieve specific territory sales targets
  • Develop tactical action plans by accounts to increase sales to reach budgeted sales goals
  • Develop and manage call plans from direct selling activities to high priority accounts efficiently
  • Establish and maintain relationship with key contacts through cold calling, team callings and other means of outreach to territory customers
  • Provide field technical support to customers for key product lines
  • Practice sound time management for efficient and effective field sales activities
  • Communicate timely to management regarding market trends, applications and competitive activities in territory
  • Takes on additional responsibilities such as task force involvement such as training
  • 25% -50% travelling is required for territory sales, product trainings and various sales meetings
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences or Life Sciences or any other related fields
  • A minimum of 5 years’ sales/business development experience, with prior/current sales experience in academic, pharma, industrial accounts preferred
  • Computer software (Salesforce) skills required
  • Possess of excellent interpersonal skills
  • Possess excellent written & oral communication skills and listening skills
  • Independent and self-direct, able to manage multiple projects & tasks
  • Strong, customer-focused philosophy
