Responsibilities
- Overseeing clients from leading global brands
- Responsible for day-to-day administration of the account and supporting the regional team
- Assist in organising, attending and sending contact reports for meetings
- Update global and regional trackers
- Work with both local and global clients/partners to ensure timely campaign delivery
- Work closely with internal stakeholders e.g. Moving Images, Print & Transcreation
- Collate any information needed for input to client reports and presentations
- Responsible for uploading reference materials to DAM
- Provide any additional administrative support to team as required
Requirements
- Able to commit to an internship for at least 6 months
- Focus on continuous improvements, delivering excellent quality and high levels of customer service
- Prior internship at an Agency with exposure to working in a client-facing environment is an advantage
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good networking skills
