Here at Workday, the Digital Account Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with existing customers. The team is growing and looking to hire a motivated account executive that will be focused on selling add-on products to the Office of the CFO and CHRO.
One of Workday's primary goals is to continue the growth of the company as an innovative and significant provider of enterprise-class software solutions.
In this role, you will:
Develop and maintain relationships with existing core product customers with a focus on upselling and cross-selling via deal management and connecting customer needs with specific solutions.
Drive strategic add-on business within existing accounts.
Work on net new product expansion deals, along with renewals of core products.
Performs account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment.
Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data.
About You
Basic Qualifications (must have qualifications):
Bilingual in both Cantonese & English.
3+ years of experience in a SaaS technology or software sales environment.
3+ years experience in prospecting and generating own pipeline/leads.
Proven track record of KPI attainment.
Exposure to / or experience running a full sales cycle: source to close.
Other Qualifications (preferred, but not essential):
Prior experience with HCM/ERP software preferred.
Ability to speak Mandarin.
Technically adept, self-motivated, and driven by results
Ability to accurately forecast based upon realistic opportunity assessments
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with all respective customers
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values and align with our culture
