About the Role

We don't just create ads; we craft compelling narratives, ignite conversations, and build brands that truly matter. We are a dynamic, results-driven agency where creativity isn't just a department – it's the air we breathe. We're on a mission to deliver exceptional business outcomes for our diverse portfolio of clients, fostering an environment where innovation thrives and every team member plays a pivotal role in our collective success.

We're looking for an experience Account Executive to be the central point for seamless project coordination and robust administrative support, serving both clients and our internal teams. You bring a 'can-do' attitude, strong resourcefulness, and a drive for continuous learning. With 2-3 years of experience in advertising, social/digital, or agency environments, you understand industry dynamics, effectively manage expectations, and build strong relationships. You're fueled by our mission: the belief that powerful creativity changes fortunes. You thrive on collaboration, bringing ideas to life efficiently and effectively.

What You'll Do? You will master project coordination and administrative support: orchestrating meetings, preparing materials, crafting clear status and contact reports, and meticulously managing budgets and timelines. Under leadership guidance, you will plan, schedule, execute, and report on project progress. You'll serve as a clear communicator, translating insights between clients and teams. This includes developing actionable, outcome-driven supplementary briefs. You will present strategic work that delivers business impact for clients, ensuring flawless delivery, and developing a deep understanding of project scoping, resource allocation, and fiscal management.

We’ll give you the autonomy to seek out new paths and better ways of doing things. We’ll support you with colleagues who are experts in their disciplines, drawn from across the Ogilvy network. And we’ll provide opportunities for you to do work of which you’ll be proud, with people you’ll be proud to call your teammates.

At Ogilvy, our people are at the heart of what we do: a creative agency that sparks game-changing ideas across culture and business through collaboration, integrity, and a celebration of self-expression.

We believe in building powerful teams with purpose - and we relentlessly curate transformative initiatives that make our commitment to fairness, and equity a reality.

Our ultimate mission is to leave a positive impact on the world, creating a better future for all, while supporting and uplifting the global communities we serve.  This is central to our mantra of Borderless Creativity.

Ogilvy is an equal opportunity employer and considers applicants for all positions without discrimination or regard to particular characteristics. We are committed to fostering a culture of respect in which everyone feels they belong and has the same opportunities to progress in their careers.
