The role involves processing payments, managing intern payroll, supporting procurement, drafting contracts, and providing general administrative support.
- Create and process payments to vendors, mentors, and trainers
- Process intern payroll and related documentation
- Raise Small Value Purchase (SVP) requests and support procurement administration
- Prepare and issue invoices to sponsors and partners, including through external portals such as the Temasek Foundation Salesforce portal
- Draft and process Contracts for Service (CFS) for mentors and trainers
- Perform Goods Receipt (GR) in the NUS procurement system
- Process business expense claims and reimbursements
- Maintain accurate records of all financial and administrative transactions
- Provide general administrative support to the Country Director and the BLOCK71 Vietnam team as required
- This is an hourly-rated position.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field
- Prior experience in administrative or operations support roles, preferably within a university or public sector environment
- Familiarity with NUS systems including Concur, BAPI, procurement, and finance portals is preferred; training can be provided
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
- Good written and spoken English
