You'll work in partnership with our senior business leaders and industry experts to develop strategies that support our clients' needs. You'll work with teams that manage and distribute investment solutions across asset classes for institutions and financial intermediaries.

Our nine-week program kicks off with training and orientation to our businesses and you'll gain the technical and practical knowledge so you can make an impact from the start.
The program is non-rotational providing you with an opportunity to develop solid relationships with your desk/team and get involved in real-time projects. Be prepared to be flexible, learn quickly, and act on your judgements. There's a lot to absorb but you'll benefit from the support of a dedicated junior and senior staff member to help you integrate into your team and to answer any questions you might have throughout the summer.
The program is an opportunity to take your career to the next level through hands-on experience, relevant skills training and valuable professional networking. As it is a pipeline for future graduate opportunities, based on your individual performance and achievements, those who successfully complete the program may receive offers of full-time employment with the firm.

About You
A strong interest in finance and asset management is essential, as are logical thinking and quantitative skills, flexibility, teamwork, excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle pressure and enjoy a collaborative environment. A well-rounded academic background is important. You certainly don't need a degree in Economics or Finance, but a good level of numeracy is required.

- Alternatives: The J.P. Morgan Asset Management ("JPMAM") alternatives platform provides a spectrum of innovative investments that, when used correctly, can play a key role in generating new sources of return and portfolio diversification. Spanning real estate, real assets, private equity, private credit, hedge funds, and liquid alternatives, our solutions provide dynamic opportunities to meet our investors return objectives.
- Equities: We manage a broad range of equity investment strategies globally with dedicated portfolio managers, research analysts and traders who have expertise in helping clients of all sizes.
- Exchange Traded Funds ("ETFs"): Deliver JPMAM's US and UCITS ETFs to clients in the Asia Pacific region and help to build out local ETF platforms in select markets.
- Distribution Channels: Assist with client sales and retention while gaining broad exposure to asset classes and investment professionals throughout the firm.
- Market Insights: We provide clients and client advisors with the knowledge and investment education to make better informed investment decisions. Using our industry-leading resource, the Guide to the Markets, we aim to deliver insights to cut through the clutter and bring clarity to today's markets.
- Multi-Asset Solutions: We utilize capital markets investing, strategic asset allocation, portfolio construction and risk management to develop portfolio solutions for our clients.
- Product Strategy: We shape and position our entire product range at JPM Asset Management across all asset classes (equities, fixed income, liquidity, multi-asset and alternatives) working across all product and sales teams.
- Sustainable Investing: We partner with our global investment and distribution teams to develop dedicated ESG research and thought leadership
You'll make an impact by:
- Assisting with client sales and retention or investment specialist teams while gaining broad exposure to asset classes and investment professionals throughout the firm
- Working with strategists and investment specialist teams to provide quantitative and qualitative analysis and conduct market research
- Learning about asset allocation strategies and identifying investment capabilities across traditional and alternative strategies to meet our clients' investment objectives.
About You
