We are searching for a driven and motivated Technical Analyst (Senior Engineer, Information Technology)! You will be part of the IT Technical Solutions team and will be the key provider of Scoot's technical solutions design. You will work closely with Business Analysts and Software Developers to deliver Scoot's Software Solutions.Job Description
You will be participating in the design and delivery of IT solutions, solving exciting airline requirements on modern software platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
Designing IT Solutions
- Work with end-users and IT business analysts to build technical solutions for business initiatives
- Master the knowledge of existing Scoot systems and architectural landscape
- Opportunity to identify and introduce new technology or techniques into IT solutions
- Opportunity to work on various technical fields such as Chatbots, Integrations, RPA, BPM and Cloud
Building IT Solutions
- Develop business processes on modern SaaS platforms.
- Develop software on low-code platforms such as Boomi
- Deploy solutions on Amazon Web Services cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with Scoot developers or third-party partners to deliver solutions
Job Requirements:
Diploma or University Degree holder
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects or tasks
Independent, resourceful, analytical, and able to solve problems effectively
A good team player who takes initiative
Good communication skills
