We are seeking a high-impact technical professional to serve as the critical bridge between our sales initiatives, product development, and global execution. At X-PHY, this role extends beyond traditional pre-sales; it is a position of complete end-to-end ownership. The manager will design, demonstrate, and deploy our autonomous, 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗜 and 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗯𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 hardware solutions, ensuring flawless integration from the initial Proof of Concept (POC) through mass production and lifecycle support.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

  • 𝗣𝗿𝗲-𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀, 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀: Partner seamlessly with our Sales team to lead technical consultations, conduct authoritative product demonstrations, and manage comprehensive POC executions. Act as the primary technical authority addressing legacy and modern system compatibilities.
  • 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗧𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀: Take full ownership of drafting, structuring, and finalizing complex RFP, RFQ, and tender documents. Translate deep technical architectures into compelling, highly competitive commercial proposals.
  • 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: Collaborate closely with Product Management to map out SDK/API tools and conduct Technical Definition sessions. Utilize tools like Eraser.io to validate application flow and manage Fixed BOM requirements for industrial-scale deployments.
  • 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 & 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Spearhead the Implementation and Professional Services phase. Provide hands-on onsite and remote technical setups, oversee critical hardware and software integration during mass production, and execute final prototype releases with deployment partners.
  •  𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Drive external market positioning by creating robust technical marketing assets. Support Sales Enablement by ensuring teams are equipped with accurate, official product documentation that clearly communicates the competitive advantages of our autonomous systems.
  •  𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿-𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁: Deliver advanced Level 3 Technical Support, diagnosing complex infrastructure anomalies down to the code level. Monitor real-time infrastructure health, manage RMAs, and seamlessly deploy updates across the 𝗫-𝗣𝗛𝗬 𝗚𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗱 and 𝗫-𝗣𝗛𝗬 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 ecosystems.

Requirements
  • A relentless "hunter" mindset combined with the technical depth to navigate both enterprise sales cycles and complex infrastructure setups.
  • Proven experience in technical consultation, systems integration, or IT advisory, paired with a strong capability in commercial writing and RFP/tender management.
  • Strong client-facing acumen, capable of leading technical workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and executive presentations with absolute confidence.
