Own the end-to-end technical sales process for enterprise customers in Singapore. Provide technical thought leadership, qualify opportunities, build trusted-advisor relationships, and deliver sales pitches, demonstrations, and whiteboard presentations. Advise customers on digital transformation and secure solution deployments, particularly network security and zero-trust technologies. Collaborate across teams while applying AI/ML knowledge to position and optimize security solutions.

Serves as the technical lead and strategic advisor for Zero Trust Cloud solutions across ASEAN. Engages customers and executives on cloud security architecture, AWS, Azure, and GCP deployments; leads Proof-of-Value engagements; provides competitive positioning; enables field teams; and influences product roadmaps through collaboration with sales, engineering, and product management.

Lead the design, delivery, and production operation of major security product capabilities. Define secure, scalable architectures and balance security, privacy, reliability, performance, and usability. Lead complex technical investigations, improve engineering practices and operational readiness, mentor engineers through reviews, and shape long-term architecture in partnership with product and research teams.

Lead technical AI security strategy for enterprise customers, advising on LLMs, RAG, agents, and data-protection architectures. Drive technical sales from discovery to close, deliver tailored demos and POVs, inject product feedback, and build reusable enablement assets and training to scale field adoption of secure AI solutions.

Drive revenue within major Financial Services & Insurance (FSI) accounts by positioning Zscaler's cloud-native Zero Trust security platform, engaging C-level stakeholders, developing territory plans, partnering with Sales Engineers and channel partners, and consistently exceeding quota.

Lead technical sales strategy and own the full technical sales motion for enterprise accounts. Collaborate with sales leadership to develop account strategies, scale sales engineering processes, act as a technical executive sponsor for strategic customers, represent the company externally, and align security solutions to complex business needs.

Lead field-facing product efforts for Zscaler's ZIA and ZPA lines, support pre-sales and escalations, coordinate with product, engineering, and sales teams, drive Proof of Value execution, and report deal/status to stakeholders while advocating customer needs.
