Lead and scale Zoom’s Asia business and full go-to-market organization across sales, partnerships, and customer success. Own regional strategy, P&L, revenue growth, market expansion, forecasting, strategic partnerships, and multi-market execution. Build high-performing teams, lead through a partner-first model, align regional and global strategies, and influence enterprise customers, C-level stakeholders, and board-level audiences.

Leads pre-sales solutions engineering across APJ, conducting consultative discovery, tailored product demonstrations, technical validation, proof-of-concepts, RFP responses, security questionnaires, and commercial support. Partners with sales, product, customer experience, onboarding, and channel teams to close complex enterprise deals and influence the roadmap. Requires fluent English and Japanese, strong SaaS and enterprise technology expertise, executive presentation skills, and 20–30% APJ travel. The role is hybrid in Singapore with two required office days weekly.
