Teams at Yojee

Lead two product teams as the hands-on Engineering Manager: own sprint execution, production readiness, monitoring, and platform stability. Contribute code across Elixir/Phoenix backend and React/TypeScript frontend, run technical reviews, develop engineers, hire, and set norms for AI-assisted tooling. Partner with Product and Design in a triad to ensure predictable delivery and healthy systems.

Build and operate backend services in Elixir/Phoenix handling real-time freight events, high-volume data, and reliability. Contribute to architecture, write production-ready tested code, improve tooling, participate in deployments/troubleshooting, and use agentic AI tooling responsibly. Optional front-end work with React/TypeScript for fullstack candidates.
