My day starts by checking in with the team through stand-ups. The meetings truly feel like a discussion as we work collaboratively to improve our systems and workflow. Throughout the day, I finish tasks that’s been assigned in sprints. There is a lot of ownership from the engineers that teaches me that it’s not about just getting the job done.
