Leads water infrastructure, treatment, and industrial projects from initiation through commissioning and closeout. Coordinates engineering, procurement, contractors, suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams while managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, risks, technical issues, and change control. Provides project reporting, customer and stakeholder management, technical leadership, and continuous improvement support to ensure successful project delivery.
