Leads a DevOps engineering team and establishes Day 2 operations for government environments. Responsibilities include managing engineers, defining standards, improving CI/CD and automation, implementing Infrastructure as Code, supporting containerized workloads, establishing monitoring and incident processes, reviewing technical architectures, and ensuring cloud solutions are secure, scalable, supportable, and operationally ready. The role requires strong AWS expertise, technical leadership, stakeholder communication, and production operations experience.

Design and build scalable AWS data lakehouse platforms, including ETL/ELT pipelines, Apache Iceberg or S3 Tables implementations, data quality frameworks, governance, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and production deployments. Optimize performance, cost, reliability, and scalability while documenting solutions and communicating architecture to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Design, implement, support, and improve large-scale enterprise, data center, WAN, wireless, and hybrid cloud networks. Responsibilities include routing and switching, Azure networking and security, high availability, disaster recovery, troubleshooting, incident management, architecture governance, technical assurance, and consultancy across concurrent initiatives.
