Design, implement, support, and improve large-scale enterprise, data center, WAN, wireless, and hybrid cloud networks. Responsibilities include routing and switching, Azure networking and security, high availability, disaster recovery, troubleshooting, incident management, architecture governance, technical assurance, and consultancy across concurrent initiatives.

Redesigns business and IT operational processes to reduce manual effort, delays, risks, and handoffs. Implements AI, workflow, infrastructure automation, and system integrations using platforms such as ServiceNow, Power Automate, Ansible, and Terraform. Develops measurable outcomes, SOPs, documentation, dashboards, and knowledge resources while training operational teams to sustain and improve implemented solutions.

Administer enterprise Unix/Linux servers and backup infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. Responsibilities include provisioning, hardening, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, backup and recovery management, disaster recovery testing, automation with shell scripts and Ansible, documentation, and incident support.
