Owns generative and evaluative UX research across merchant lifecycle and developer experience. Responsibilities include setting the research roadmap, conducting mixed-methods studies, analyzing behavioral and funnel data, translating findings into product decisions, maintaining an insight repository, and enabling practical research practices. The role partners with product managers, designers, and data teams while influencing prioritization through rigorous, pragmatic evidence.

Own the developer experience roadmap for a payment infrastructure API, including integration flows, SDKs, documentation, sandbox, error handling, and activation metrics. Lead discovery through developer behavior, research, support signals, and analytics. Partner closely with Engineering on API design, DX standards, and prioritization while communicating trade-offs to senior stakeholders. Drive developers from their first API call through production integration and long-term retention.

Own Salesforce and integrated sales tools supporting the revenue engine. Configure Flow Builder, validation rules, permissions, sharing rules, layouts, reports, and dashboards; manage data quality, access, and platform health; lead continuous-improvement sprints; triage enhancement requests; coordinate with Salesforce Engineers; conduct UAT; support project rollouts; engage vendors; and maintain documentation and governance.
