Manage a risk engineering and data science squad, build real-time risk engines and ML models, optimize KYC/KYB onboarding flows, and develop lending/settlement risk models to minimize financial loss while preserving merchant and buyer experience.

Manage a portfolio of Chinese-speaking B2B clients post-go-live to drive adoption, retention, and account health. Troubleshoot issues, recommend improvements, surface expansion opportunities, monitor key metrics, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Commercial teams to resolve client needs.
