Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for XenPlatform, a global payments infrastructure product serving marketplaces and enterprise platforms. Lead prioritization across stakeholders, understand customer needs, define target segments, and design API and dashboard experiences. Partner with Finance, Compliance, Legal, GTM, Engineering, and Design to deliver scalable account structures, onboarding and reconciliation capabilities, and high-quality features across regions. Use payments expertise, commercial judgment, analytics, and cross-functional leadership to drive growth, conversion, retention, and transaction volume.

Own and scale treasury operations across multiple entities, currencies, markets, and banking partners. Responsibilities include liquidity and cash management, forecasting, intercompany funding, banking infrastructure, FX exposure and hedging, treasury controls, governance, reporting, automation, and risk management. The role partners with Finance, Tax, Legal, Accounting, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Financial Partnerships to improve treasury processes and build scalable financial infrastructure.

Own and grow a portfolio of complex regional and global enterprise accounts across fintech and payments. Drive revenue, transaction volume, upselling, cross-selling, account planning, and churn prevention. Build C-level relationships, lead business reviews, provide ROI insights, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Business Development, and Solutions teams. Monitor APAC payment trends and regulations while serving as a trusted advisor for cross-border payment expansion.

Owns generative and evaluative UX research across merchant lifecycle and developer experience. Responsibilities include setting the research roadmap, conducting mixed-methods studies, analyzing behavioral and funnel data, translating findings into product decisions, maintaining an insight repository, and enabling practical research practices. The role partners with product managers, designers, and data teams while influencing prioritization through rigorous, pragmatic evidence.

Own the developer experience roadmap for a payment infrastructure API, including integration flows, SDKs, documentation, sandbox, error handling, and activation metrics. Lead discovery through developer behavior, research, support signals, and analytics. Partner closely with Engineering on API design, DX standards, and prioritization while communicating trade-offs to senior stakeholders. Drive developers from their first API call through production integration and long-term retention.

Own Salesforce and integrated sales tools supporting the revenue engine. Configure Flow Builder, validation rules, permissions, sharing rules, layouts, reports, and dashboards; manage data quality, access, and platform health; lead continuous-improvement sprints; triage enhancement requests; coordinate with Salesforce Engineers; conduct UAT; support project rollouts; engage vendors; and maintain documentation and governance.

Own end-to-end market expansion for a payments company, including market screening, business cases, licensing strategy, entity formation, bank account setup, payment rail access, budgeting, risk management, and commercial handover. Coordinate Legal, Compliance, Risk, Treasury, Finance, Product, and other teams without direct authority. Build repeatable market-entry playbooks, engage regulators and partners, and ensure each market meets defined readiness criteria.

The Pre-sales Engineer will work with clients to understand their needs and design payment solutions while collaborating with sales and technical teams to ensure successful integration and customer satisfaction.

Lead end-to-end onboarding for large Greater China enterprise clients, manage technical integrations (APIs), coordinate cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, deliver training, and ensure smooth handover to post-go-live teams.
