Own and grow a portfolio of complex regional and global enterprise accounts across fintech and payments. Drive revenue, transaction volume, upselling, cross-selling, account planning, and churn prevention. Build C-level relationships, lead business reviews, provide ROI insights, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Business Development, and Solutions teams. Monitor APAC payment trends and regulations while serving as a trusted advisor for cross-border payment expansion.

Own the developer experience roadmap for a payment infrastructure API, including integration flows, SDKs, documentation, sandbox, error handling, and activation metrics. Lead discovery through developer behavior, research, support signals, and analytics. Partner closely with Engineering on API design, DX standards, and prioritization while communicating trade-offs to senior stakeholders. Drive developers from their first API call through production integration and long-term retention.

Own Salesforce and integrated sales tools supporting the revenue engine. Configure Flow Builder, validation rules, permissions, sharing rules, layouts, reports, and dashboards; manage data quality, access, and platform health; lead continuous-improvement sprints; triage enhancement requests; coordinate with Salesforce Engineers; conduct UAT; support project rollouts; engage vendors; and maintain documentation and governance.

Own end-to-end market expansion for a payments company, including market screening, business cases, licensing strategy, entity formation, bank account setup, payment rail access, budgeting, risk management, and commercial handover. Coordinate Legal, Compliance, Risk, Treasury, Finance, Product, and other teams without direct authority. Build repeatable market-entry playbooks, engage regulators and partners, and ensure each market meets defined readiness criteria.

Lead the risk product suite roadmap and execution for merchant onboarding, fraud prevention, and credit risk. Manage a risk engineering and data science squad, build real-time risk engines and ML models, optimize KYC/KYB onboarding flows, and develop lending/settlement risk models to minimize financial loss while preserving merchant and buyer experience.

Lead global corporate communications to shape Xendit's narrative, manage reputation and crisis communications, advise executives, grow media influence across Asia, drive internal engagement and employer brand, and build a scalable communications function.

The Head of Treasury will oversee treasury operations, manage cross-border liquidity, optimize profit from funds, and collaborate with other teams.
