Partners with product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders to improve safety-critical EHR workflows, accessibility, and AI-assisted features. Builds HCD standards and research operations, mentors designers and researchers, and uses evidence to guide product roadmaps and measure usability, adoption, and compliance outcomes.
