Own enterprise and public-sector revenue growth for a workforce management SaaS platform. Personally close complex strategic deals, develop go-to-market strategy, build pipeline, recruit and coach enterprise account executives, establish repeatable sales processes, improve forecasting, and manage executive, partner, and industry engagements.

Lead and scale the Professional Services organization for Workforce Management implementations. Act as a player-coach delivering strategic customer projects, build processes and teams, manage end-to-end project delivery and governance, drive customer success and commercial growth, and establish quality and continuous improvement practices.

The Business Analyst will bridge the gap between the company and customers, diagnosing technical issues and enhancing customer support processes.
