The Adaptive Planning Sales Specialist focuses on developing customer relationships, driving sales of Adaptive Planning solutions, and managing the sales execution process for both new and existing customers.

Lead value-selling engagements with prospects and customers: build business cases, conduct discovery workshops, perform quantitative ROI analysis, craft executive presentations, and advise sales leadership to drive Workday adoption and transformation.

Conduct outbound prospecting into the Thailand market, educate buyers on Workday solutions, build relationships with senior executives, and collaborate with regional sales and marketing to generate and nurture new business opportunities and customer references.
