Teams at Workday

Supports the sales cycle for Workday HCM by conducting discovery workshops, developing value propositions, leading RFP/RFI responses, and delivering tailored product demonstrations to C-level HR audiences. The role applies HCM expertise and knowledge of AI, machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI to address customer challenges, differentiate Workday solutions, and build trusted-advisor relationships. Requires fluent Vietnamese and English communication for the Vietnam market, strong presentation skills, and experience managing complex SaaS or AI platform sales cycles.

Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and consultative selling to large and mid-enterprise companies. Build relationships with senior executives, understand their business challenges, educate prospects about Workday’s enterprise applications, achieve monthly and quarterly opportunity quotas, and collaborate with regional sales leaders and marketing. Familiarity with the Singapore business market and fluency in English are required; Vietnamese is a bonus.

Provide post-go-live Workday HCM consulting to help customers adopt features, troubleshoot configuration, deliver workshops and tenant reviews, and drive feature adoption across Core HCM, security, payroll/compensation, absence, and time tracking.
