Lead partner development and ecosystem activation in Singapore: own multi-year partner strategy, drive partner-sourced ACV and pipeline, recruit and qualify partners, run joint business planning and governance, enable partners for capability and delivery, manage partner-sourced opportunities with Sales, represent Workday with partners and C-suite, and coach junior partner managers.

Lead Workday Financials implementations by gathering requirements, designing and configuring solutions, performing data conversion and testing, supporting integrations, mentoring consultants, ensuring best practices and certifications, and reporting project status to the engagement manager.
